What We Do

SelectEnergy Design Build Inc. works with your architectural design team to identify structural and space savings inside the building by eliminating equipment usually required by traditional HVAC systems. We custom design and engineer a geothermal energy field optimal to your site and building project and professionally assess the energy savings, while pre-qualifying LEED® points. SelectEnergy will consult with your Mechanical Electrical engineers to fully integrate the geothermal system into the mechanical design for the building and will provide building automation controls.

SelectEnergy Solutions Inc. offers 100% capital funding for our geothermal and renewable energy systems. Under a SelectEnergy Geothermal Energy Supply Agreement, operating costs, even in year one, are less than occupants would pay to operate a conventional HVAC system and are fixed for up to 30 years. No more unpredictable energy price increases, no unexpected repairs or maintenance costs and no capital equipment costs even for replacement at the end of equipment life.
