Ironstone Condominiums

  • Multi-Residential development at Ironstone and Appleby Line, Burlington, ON
  • 16 storey condominium tower including 210 suites and a 15,000 square foot rooftop terrace
  • Over 400 tonnes of geothermal heating and cooling
  • Construction scheduled to begin fall 2009
  • 30 year Energy Supply and Service Agreement provides fixed energy price and estimated energy savings of more than $30 million over the term





Springdale Professional Centre

  • 120,000 sq. ft., designed to LEED® Gold
  • 355 tonnes of geothermal heating and cooling
  • 23 kW PV and thermal solar system will light common areas
  • Sidewalk and ramp snow melt assist, heated underground parking
  • 1,081 tonnes of CO2 avoided annually = 281 cars removed
  • 30 year Energy Agreement provides est. $27 million energy savings

Harmony Village Community Centre

  • 695,000 sq. ft. at Sheppard and Warden, Scarborough, Ontario
  • Construction starts June 2008
  • Progressive retirement living with 70,000 sq. ft. community centre designed to be LEED® Gold Certified

City Core Centre - Commercial Office Building

  • 215 Queen Street West, Toronto
  • 18 storey office building
  • Site is 10,000 sq. ft. bounded by other buildings at the property line on 2 sides
  • 4 parking levels below grade
  • Drilling geothermal wells, 600' deep from the bottom of the 80' excavation
  • Hybrid solar system, thermal and PV
  • Solar "chimney" wall
  • LEED® Gold Certified
